(6-month FTC Contract)

Surrey (2-3 days in the office)
Salary:
£40,000- £45,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing team for a 6-month contract covering parental leave. The role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established, family-owned business in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for over 4,000 employees

Managing timesheets, benefit queries, and liaising with HR

Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with deadlines

Performing manual payroll calculations with a high level of attention to detail

Key Requirements:

Experience in high-volume payroll processing

Proficiency in manual payroll calculations and Excel

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with payroll systems, particularly iTrent, is essential
