This independent contractor operates across the South of England. Known for its prompt and flawless delivery of joinery, fit-out, and M&E projects for airports, schools, and shops. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by their clients, they possess the necessary expertise to ensure successful on-time project completion. The company is currently going through a significant period of growth in their M&E division, so they are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their established team.

The ideal candidate will have good experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with electrical experience, but other construction backgrounds will be considered providing there is a genuine interest in getting M&E projects.

The Role:

• Work on a variety of M&E Fit Out projects, managing full packages from start to finish
• Work effectively with the team, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Further training and progression supported
• Based at the Swindon office, with occasional site travel and working flexibility

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor, ideally with M&E experience
• Can do attitude & team player
• Full Driving license
