About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for
Project Planner
to join a leading shopfitting business. This role will suit a person from either a Project Planning background or with strong organisational skills in an administrative support position. To excel in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from concept to completion, working closely with internal teams and clients to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

Collaborate with design, procurement, and installation teams to coordinate project activities effectively.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

Identify potential risks or delays and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Monitor resources and ensure efficient allocation to meet project demands.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Support the Project Manager in ensuring all work adheres to health and safety standards and regulations.
Skills and Experience Required
:

Proven experience in project planning within the shopfitting, retail, or construction sector.

Strong proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.

Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
