Arabic Speaking PA - Hammersmith - £35,000
My client, a luxury property investment & development firm with a portfolio across Europe, The Middle East, Africa and the Americas, are seeking an Arabic Speaking Personal Assistant to the Senior Director.

Duties:

Serve as first point of contact and gatekeeper to the Director

Diary / Travel / Expense management and chase management of important tasks and deadlines

Attend board meetings with management, take minutes and distribute information

Prepare and review months reports, presentations and correspondence

Database management and filing documents

Proofread and translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa

Work closely with the manager to ensure the business complies with legislation and regulations

Support the Director with UK project management ensuring deadlines are met
Experience Required:
-
Must be fluent in Arabic and English

Must have experience in an administrative / PA role within either real estate, financial services, investment, legal

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident, proactive and organised

Highly adaptable and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Hours:
Office Based Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm
Salary:
£35,000
