Quantity Surveyors - London

We are seeking Quantity Surveyors in London to join a major global disciplinary. The ideal individual will come from an infrastructure background with experience working on a broad range of NEC contracts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Ability to commute to offices in London
• Experience working on a broad range of NEC contracts.
• Background in Infrastructure/Civil Engineering related projects
• Working towards Chartered status or other recognised bodies

Duties:

• Offering Quantity Surveying services from project inception to completion.
• Preparing cost plans, estimates, Bills of Quantities, and tender documents.
• Managing construction phase services, including change management and contractor payments.
• Developing client relationships and delivering integrated, high-quality service.
