SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR, MONDAY TO FRIDAY - NO WEEKENDS - CHELSEA

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a niche independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a senior lettings negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London lettings agent who has 3 + years' experience in London lettings.

Duties/functions of the role:

• Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
• Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers
• Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
• Building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues
• Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth lettings process
• Valuation experience would be advantageous
• Managing the lettings process from offer to move in

Requirements of the role:

• 3+ years' experience working in central London
• ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
• A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
• Must be well spoken and well presented
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills

Salary budgets: £30,000 basic salary, £60,000 OTE, £5,000 travel allowance

Required working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm, Fridays 9am - 5pm NO WEEKENDS
