• Post Inspect completed works and identify any issues or snagging
• Spot Inspect contractors carrying out works and address any issues on site
• Attend properties to identify scope of works required alongside building surveyor to ensure they are in line with the companies matrix
• To produce a specification of works following a joint visit regarding works required in a timely fashion
• To liaise with tenants, leaseholders and freeholders
• To provide advice as and when required to the Repairs Team.

The experience/qualifications required:

• Previous experience in social housing
• Able to manage and inspect contractors carrying out works
• A trade qualification is preferred
• Be able to produce specifications of works using SOR Codes version 6
• SMSTS or equivalent.
• H&S qualifications like first aid, asbestos awareness, working at heights.
