McGinley are seeking a skilled Bobcat Driver to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Bobcat loaders in various construction tasks, including excavation, grading, and material handling. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who prioritises safety and efficiency in all site activities.

Responsabilities

• Operate Bobcat machinery for tasks such as earth moving, grading, backfilling, and material transport.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, reporting any mechanical issues.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to achieve project goals on schedule.
• Assist in site cleanup and organisation as needed.

Key Requirements

• Experience in operating Bobcat and other compact loaders on construction sites.
• Valid CPCS Card or equivalent certification for Bobcat operation.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and adapt to changing site demands.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
