We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team. This is a fantastic chance to work within a supportive environment, delivering a high quality service to a range of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Fitting all types of flooring including laminate, poly-safe, altro, and cap and cove in occupied and void properties.
• Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• NVQ in Floor Covering (desirable)
• Basic Criminal Record Check
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
