We have a new opportunity for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join a successful disrepair team on a local council contract.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client.
• Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and other associated maintenance tasks.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Plasterer CSCS Card, Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Plastering, Level 2 Technical Certificate in Plastering, or Level 2 NVQ in Building Maintenance, Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations (essential)
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
