We're seeking a multiskilled operative to join the responsive repairs team of a not-for-profit housing association, helping to maintain affordable homes. This multiskilled operative would need core experience in either Plumbing, Carpentry or Plastering, with good knowledge and skills in other trades.

Responsibilities:

Performing a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks within resident's homes.

Maintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence

City & Guilds OR NVQ in respective trade

Basic Criminal Record Check
