This design-focused practice now has an Architect job available. If you are an Architect with job running experience who is seeking a role that focuses on contemporary designed projects this could be the role for you.

Based in the Hampshire countryside with close motorway and rail links, the office is made up of approximately 30 people. Their portfolio of work includes all scales of residential/housing and retirement living with a strong focus on design.

Due to the current workload, they have the opportunity for an Architect with experience of managing projects to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working with a Project Runner
• Working across all project stages
• Production of planning and technical drawing packages
• Using ArchiCAD on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• ARB qualified Architect
• A good knowledge of UK building regulations
• Exceptional design and communication skills
• The ability to work well in a team
• Experience in using ArchiCAD would be highly beneficial.
