We have a new job opportunity that has become available for an experienced Maintenance Plasterer to join the in-house maintenance team for a leading residential developer and housing association in Slough. You will be working across West London, Slough and Berkshire.

You must have your own hand tools (power tools provided).

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide range of plastering maintenance repairs and decorating including plaster boarding, bond set, rendering, finishing and patch plastering to occupied social housing properties.
• Using an electronic hand held device to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Technical Certificate in Plastering (desirable)
• Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Plastering (450) (desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
