Working as a key member of the Customer Service team you’ll be dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include managing key accounts, processing rental orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with varied start and finish times between 7 am and 7 pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, customer-focused service to both general orders and key accounts.

Accurately process detailed documentation to reduce account queries.

Coordinate with the Transport Department for necessary item movements.

Answer incoming calls promptly and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.

Generate and post invoices daily
