O'Neill & Brennan are looking to speak with experienced Site Managers in relation to a freelance role on a housing project in Wem, Shropshire.

This will be a No1 position for 5-8 weeks, overseeing the painters, electricians, plumbers & groundworkers on the final stages of the project.

Approx. 25 plots are due to be handed over in June, so snagging and management of trades will be key.

CSCS, SMSTS & 1ST AID are all essential.
