Job Title: Groundworker

Salary: £34,500 - £36,430 per annum

We have an opportunity for a Groundworker to deliver a range of groundworks and external repairs to housing properties.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking general domestic groundworks, including brickwork, paving, concreting, and tarmac repairs.
• Installing, repairing and maintaining fencing, gates, and garden walls.
• Performing drainage works, including clearing and repairing domestic drains, gullies, and soakaways.
• Undertaking hard landscaping tasks, including pathways and patios.
• Ensuring that the customer experience is central to all activities by adopting a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients, and both internal/external stakeholders.
• Processing all activities in association with tasks/works electronically utilising an electrical hand held device.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds in General Construction Ops OR Groundworker Apprenticeship (desirable)
