Description

Coach and lead the sales team, acting as a mentor for all

Delegate tasks, set goals and the deadlines for when they need to be achieved

Produce sales and performance reports, presenting them to the sales team
-
Report into senior management with regular performance updates

Drive business and build customer relationships by chasing warm, inbound leads
-
Present and sell products/services to prospective customers, understanding their needs and negotiating on terms
-
Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on client specifications
-
Assess technical drawings, being able to identify home solutions and project time frames
-
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
-
Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on performance results
-
Tour customers around the showroom

MUST be in the office 5 days a week, including 1 Saturday per month for a half day
Profile

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the Manufacturing / Real Estate sector

Prior experience in a management based position, leading and coaching others

A proactive and energetic approach, repeatedly driving sales and meeting customer demands

Confident telephone speaker, constantly speaking with prospective customers and clients

Excellent communication and negotiation qualities

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Willingness to learn new things

Competent with a computer and Word packages

Educational background in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus

Technical experience or the ability to produce technical drawings is desirable, but this can be learned
