• Data Collection: Gather essential information from in-house systems, customers, and clients.
• Data Management: Catalogue and tag data for easy reference and retrieval.
• Digital Filing: Scan and prepare records for seamless uploading to the new system.
• Spreadsheet Creation: Generate and maintain spreadsheets as needed.
• Phone Support: Answer and forward external calls efficiently.
• Portfolio Support: Assist Managers in effectively managing property portfolios with precise administrative support.
• Email Management: Handle high volumes of emails, ensuring all client files are up to date.
