Project undertaking

• - Competent to undertake project technical delivery with Senior guidance. Projects to be delivered to the high standard expected by the Company, assisting Senior team members or independently where necessary.

• - To have good communication and organisation skills.

• - To advise the Directors of issues/problems before they develop in connection with Projects; technical issues. To make suggestions on remedial actions required.

• - To Project the image of the Practice in a professional manner, and at all times to act as a Technician / Technologist..

• - To exercise reasonable skill and care at all times.

• - ACIAT, minimum working to MCIAT ideally.

• - AutodeskRevit, BIM Level 1 minimum working to BIM Accreditation.

• - AutodeskAutoCAD LT, competent.

• - Microsoft office, competent.
