Are you a qualified plumber looking to join an established company? Randstad C&P are looking for an experienced commercial plumber with a background in maintenance to join a team based at a static site in York.

Package

• Competitive salary up to £35,000
• Monday to Friday
• Full time (38.75 hours per week)
• On call rota requirements (usually 1 in 3)

Responsibilities

• Working on a large office site
• To cover planned and reactive maintenance across the building
• Update maintenance records and work in coordination with the helpdesk
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and tools
• Take part in an on call rota

Required

• NVQ level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
• Experience within facilities maintenance
• Experience of HVAC systems
• Experience of L8 Water management (Legionella)
